We are looking for an IT Systems Analyst who will play a key role in optimising our Salesforce platform to support our business operations and drive efficiency.
You will be responsible for supporting and the business process to create and manage rewards in the Salesforce platform, with specific focus on creating guest segments and rules to allocate rewards. Educating and encouraging business stakeholders in the use of the platform will be key to the success of this role.
What you will be doing
- Review requests for reward set-up, to design, validate and build rewards.
- Ensure rewards are ready to publish in-line with business needs
- Understand and own issue resolution
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into key business metrics and performance indicators.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Salesforce. Troubleshoot issues, answer user queries, and offer guidance on best practices.
- Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce enhancements, configurations, and integrations to ensure the system is functioning correctly and meeting business requirements.
- Provide on call out-of-hours support to Service Desk for critical business services within the Salesforce solution landscape, by exception and as agreed with line manager
