Position: ERP System Analyst

Location: London

Salary: 48,000 per annum

Our esteemed client, a leader in their industry, seeks a talented ERP Analyst to join their dynamic team. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in driving improvement projects, taking charge of IT initiatives from initiation to execution, ensuring seamless application implementations and significant changes.

Initially, this role will require onsite presence, transitioning to one day of remote work per week after probation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough investigations and model business functions, processes, information flows, and data structures using a variety of analysis tools and methodologies.
• Analyze and optimize the intricate inter-relationships between business processes, procedures, systems, interfaces, and organizational structures.
• Evaluate different system alternatives to determine the most efficient means of meeting user requirements, while also fostering cross-training in departmental modules.
• Ensure smooth integration of new developments with existing business systems, contributing significantly to the development of business reviews, presentations, and reports for management meetings.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, develop and implement appropriate mitigation strategies, and define project scope and approach, validating budget against scope.
• Provide training to key users as needed, ensuring that business needs are accurately understood and implemented.
• Troubleshoot operational and usage issues promptly and effectively, and actively contribute to the ongoing development, maintenance, and enhancement of the company's business systems and databases.

Requirements:

• Essential: Minimum of 3 years' experience in an ERP role within MRO, Manufacturing, MRP, Projects, or Finance.
• Experience in ERP implementation projects is essential.
• Proficiency in using D365 and other CRM platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in consolidating and implementing systems.
