We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our client's ever-growing team. The successful candidate will manage the reception area, meet and greet clients and complete administrative duties.
The successful receptionist will need to be highly organised, possess outstanding communication skills and be a well-rounded individual. Experience in a receptionist/administrator role would be beneficial.

What will be expected of you:
The role of the Receptionist is to manage the reception area, meet and greet clients and complete some administrative duties.
- Taking and directing calls
- Managing post and deliveries
- Organising, and maintaining the reception area
- Processing weekly timesheets for Service engineers
- Approving expenses for Service engineers
- Keeping basic office and cleaning supplies stocked and accessible
- Greeting visitors to the office and completing the sign-in process
- Maintaining front door security and reporting any suspicious activity
- Processing credit card receipts
- Booking vehicle repairs and maintenance for fleet vehicles - as required
- Set up meeting rooms and arrange lunches
- Booking travel for senior team and engineers
- Supporting the PA with ad-hoc projects
- Representing the business with a positive and professional attitude
