Reception Administrator, £25,000 pa. 10 Month Fixed Term Contract, Mon – Fri, 9am to 5:30pm, Yeovil.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reception Administrator to join a well-established business with locations in Yeovil and London. 10 Month Contract for Maternity cover to start in March with the possibility of a Permanent role after.
Are you an approachable, friendly person with a keen eye for detail and hospitality? As a Reception Administrator, you will be expected to provide a high level of care and hospitality when welcoming visitors, answering telephones or communicating with clients. As a Reception Administrator your role will be varied but include:
- General Receptionist duties, including the welcoming of visitors
- General administration duties as required by the team
- Data entry using Excel spreadsheets
- Management of project files and Diary Maintenance.
As the ideal Reception Administrator you will be a confident and pro-active team member, with great communication skills. You will bring your previous experience as Reception Administrator to a vibrant and dynamic team, you will need:
- Previous Administration experience (ideally 2 years)
- Excellent IT Skills (MS Office packages)
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
- A flexible, positive, can do attitude
