AddressWe are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our fantastic team of friendly and supportive Rapport Ambassadors, based in Canary Wharf. Our client is a climate finance leader, and you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional but warm customer service, supporting the Switchboard services during busy periods and periods of absence. Professionalism, desire to learn, excellent communication skills and genuine passion for customer service are key to this role.
This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week), working Monday – Friday on a shift rota basis from 7 AM to 7 PM as per the client’s needs. The position comes with excellent discounts in our on-site staff restaurant.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and registering guests at the main reception
- Handling and actioning emails and internal/external calls in a timely manner
- Proactively dealing with guest requests in professional, efficient, friendly, and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally
- Supporting with Cloak Room duties during events, when required
The ideal candidate will:

- Have a minimum of one year of guest/client-facing customer service experience
- Be highly organised, with passion for delivering high standard service and going the extra mile
