Receptionist - Every Tuesday 8Am-5:30Pm

Are you available immediately and looking for temporary work in the North Tyneside area?

Office Angels requires an experienced Reception to support our client 1 day per week, every Tuesday on an on-going basis based in North Tyneside.

The role will involve answering a high volume of calls via a busy switchboard, taking and passing on accurate messages, responding to branch emails, managing branch appointments, meeting and greeting clients and any other general office support when required.

Start date: ASAP

Location: North Tyneside

Hours: every Tuesday on an on-going basis - 8am-5:30pm with a 30 minute lunch

Hourly rate: £11.00ph paid on a weekly basis through Office Angels

Requirements:

• Switchboard and customer service experience
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Computer literate
• The ability to pick up tasks quickly and efficiently
• Polite and professional manner
