Pertemps Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a front of house receptionist to join our client based in Wrexham. We are seeking a reliable and friendly individual to cover holiday from Friday 26th July to Friday 9th August. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Front of house reception for all visitors to site
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Managing meeting room and pool car bookings
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Assisting with general administration
- Previous reception or administrative experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Able to multi-task within a busy environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowing of Microsoft Office / IT knowledge.
