Receptionist

Overview:
We are a family-run business operating several holiday and residential parks in Brean, and we are seeking an organized and professional Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our business, the Receptionist is crucial in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for visitors. The ideal candidate will have exceptional phone etiquette, strong administrative skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Being the first point of contact for all guests arriving at the Holiday Park

- Checking guests in and out of the Holiday Park.

- Delivering excellent customer service in person, over the phone, or digitally to ensure each guest and owner has a positive experience

- Answering incoming calls

- Handling holiday bookings and addressing customer inquiries

- Showcase knowledge of our Parks, including accommodation, facilities and the local area

Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
