We are currently recruiting for a brand-new Receptionist vacancy on behalf of our client, a leading US law firm.
This is a permanent, full-time vacancy and an excellent opportunity for an experienced receptionist to provide a high-quality front of house/administrative service in the firms’ London office.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
- Welcoming visitors to the firm and directing them accordingly.
- Answering all incoming calls and transferring where appropriate.
- Utilising the online visitors booking system to inform the building reception of any visitors.
- Managing the electronic conference room diary.
- Ensuring the meeting rooms are in correct order, liaising with relevant departments such as AV, catering etc.
- Liaising with external vendors in regard to ordering ad hoc catering.
- Advising the facilities team of any issues where necessary.
- Ensuring the telephone and speed dial lists are maintained.
- Monitoring security passes.
- Assisting with restaurant and taxi bookings.
Suitable applicants will have around 5+ years or prior reception experience, gained from within a law firm or professional services environment, as well as a positive approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to find solutions.
A competitive salary of up to circa £35,000 is on offer, plus an excellent benefits package.
