My client is looking for a Receptionist to join their team. Previous experience in a similar role is important to hit the ground running. You must be confident on the phone, with the ability to deliver great customer service. The ideal person will be one who is confident using Microsoft packages.
Duties:
- Answering telephone calls and directing calls
- Liaising with different departments
- Assisting with monitoring several email inboxes
- Respond to incoming enquiries
- Monitoring and ordering of stationery, office supplies and relevant paperwork
- Logging annual leave, staff meetings
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Greeting guests and visitors upon arrival
- Administrative duties
