£23,800 to £25,000 p.a. depending on experience

What’s involved?
As Hotel Receptionist your duties will include but not limited to:

• Checking guests in and out
• Manage all enquiries and bookings across the business
• Dealing with guest enquiries and resolving customer complaints
• Upselling of upgraded rooms as well promote other hotel services
• Dealing with postings for room charges, balancing and banking
• Liaising with all departments on a day to day basis
• Reconciliation of tills and PDQ’s

We are seeking a passionate Hotel receptionist with a good understanding of customer service and who has excellent organisational skills as well as a good command of English. Also experience of Rezlynx or Guestline would be advantageous and flexible to works shifts including weekends.
