Are you immediately available and looking for a varied receptionist role that will see you being responsible for:
- Answering calls though the switchboard and directing calls
- Taking messages and passing on
- Monitoring inbox
- Scanning in invoices and purchase orders, ensuring they are attached to various in-house systems
- Searching for and attaching files to the client's internal database
- Dealing with incoming post
Your proactive, "can-do" attitude, combined with excellent communication skills, ability to pick up new IT systems quickly and previous Receptionist experience will enable you to excel in this role.
Hours and days required:
- Wednesday 24th & Friday 26th: 9am to 5.30pm
- Monday 29th, Tuesday 30th & Wednesday 31st: 9am to 5.30pm
- Monday 5th February, Wednesday 7th & Friday 9th: 9am to 5.30pm
