Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30
We are recruiting a receptionist. As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact and critical in ensuring a positive impression is created for all visitors for a busy manufacturing company.
As a receptionist your duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting Visitors.
- Answering telephones, and transferring to the correct departments
- Making sure the reception area is always clean and tidy.
- Dealing with queries from clients
The successful receptionist will have the below skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong telephone manner
- Ability to multitask.
- Good housekeeping
- Computer literate
