Receptionist - Part Time - 3 Days - 24 Hours A Week

Salary: up to £15,000 p.a. (25,000 pro rata 3 Days)

Benefits: 25 days holiday (pro rata) plus bank holidays, pension scheme

Hours: Part time, 3 full days per week, 8 hours a day (some flexibility)

A fantastic opportunity to join this super friendly and thriving full service, professional law firm as a Receptionist in their Bradford office on a PART TIME basis (3 Days per week). As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and telephone calls to the firm. Your duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Managing room bookings, meeting IT and organising catering, car parking and taxis
• Diary management
• Directing telephone calls to the relevant departments
• General administration

You will already have excellent customer service skills and be IT literate. This is an exciting and fulfilling opportunity for an individual looking to reduce their hours and work within a professional and welcoming office.

Previous front of house experience from a professional services or hotel background would be welcomed.
