SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Solihull who are looking for a Part Time Receptionist
25 hours per week
£10.20 per hour plus holiday pay (Depending on experience)
Monday to Friday 7.30am - 12.30pm
Job Description:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with visitors in reception
- Switchboard
- Ordering lunch for meetings
- Placing stationery orders
- Support to the Finance team
- Checking invoices
- Receipting non-stock PO's
- Any other ad hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Experience in reception duties is essential
- Computer literacy including Word and Excel
- Data entry experience
- Numerate
- Attention to detail
- Good telephone manner
- Flexibility
- Highly organised
- Conscientious
- Ability to prioritise work
- Able to work under pressure
