Your new company
You will be working through Hays as a receptionist for our client based in a central Hull location. This role is initially for a 4-month contract. The working hours for this role, at 8am-2pm, give a positive work-life balance.
Your new role
Working on a busy reception desk, you will welcome visitors to the building, receive deliveries, answer phone calls and direct them to the correct department. You will manage the post and incoming emails.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of working in an office-based, administrative role and be confident managing face-to-face, telephone and email queries. You will have strong general IT skills and be able to work independently to support a wider team.
What you'll get in return
30 hours a week contract 8am-2pm Monday-Friday
£11.50 an hour + accrued holiday pay
