Receptionist

As the Receptionist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a warm and efficient welcome for visitors, students, and staff. You'll greet visitors, handle enquiries through various channels, and manage parcel/post deliveries and courier services. Additionally, you'll maintain and update staff data systems, handle clerical duties such as preparing information packs and maintaining filing systems, and assist with booking requests and event signage creation.
In this role, you'll also oversee new starter safety training, monitor card access, and handle minor access issues. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of the department, including alerting first-aiders to incidents and liaising with the Emergency Response Team when necessary.
