Your friendly demeanour and exceptional customer service skills will ensure an outstanding client experience. You'll work closely with the team to provide seamless services and maintain a welcoming environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls and respond appropriately to caller needs.
- Be the friendly face that welcomes clients and visitors, ensuring everyone feels valued.
- Issue visitor passes, monitor sign-ins, and maintain building security.
- Supervise the booking system and oversee meeting room housekeeping.
- Assisting with printing, copying, mailing, and mail distribution.
- Manage essential business facilities, stationery, and housekeeping supplies.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a client-facing role or customer service background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to changes.
