Are you looking for part time hours as a receptionist / admin working for a friendly and successful company?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity coming up to commence 1st Feb'24 or thereafter for a Receptionist / Admin on a permanent part time basis based in Penzance.
The position is to work 22.5 hrs a week, 3 days over Tue/Wed/Thursday with possibility of different working days to suit the candidate depending on skills and experience
If you have any accounts skills this would be desirable also!
On a day to day basis you will be liaising with clients, colleagues and suppliers to support the business with:
- Supervising reception, greeting clients, answering the phones and transferring as appropriate
- Manage appointments and diaries
- General typing, emails correspondence etc.
- Provide information and assistance to the senior management team
- Monitor and order office stationary
- Petty cash
- Other adhoc admin tasks as required
We are seeking someone who is highly organised with great customer service and IT Skills
This position is bring offered on a permanent part time basis
From £10.70 per hour (pay depending on skills and knowledge, i.e. accounts candidates are welcome)
