Our client is looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a perm basis. The role is based in Haverfordwest.
The purpose of your role will be to provide a pro-active and responsive service to the needs of our customers and visitors but not limited to.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Welcome visitors, answer phone calls, letters and emails and/or direct these communications to the correct department/person within the business
- Provide administrator support to various departments, including Human Resources
- Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Greeting visitors to the facility warmly and offering them help immediately.
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct colleagues.
- General office administration supporting the wider management team.
- Responsible for deliveries ensuring that goods are signed for and directed to the correct area of the business.
- Completion of operations administration such as logging, scanning/printing/filing of documents to relevant areas, general admin for the operations team
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area and meeting rooms
- Setting up meeting facilities including organising and arranging lunches and refreshments.
Hours: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
Salary: will depend on experience (£22,000 - £24,000)
