Pay - 11.04- 12 per hour.

- This role is office-based role in Ribble House, Ballam Road, Lytham, FY8 4TS
We are recruiting for fantastic opportunity to join a busy team in Lytham, where you will be working as part of a team to support the Records Management Team. Within the Records Management Team you will be responsible for following a wide range of processes such as scan processes, confirming customers identity, completing application forms, and working on a machine. It will be a past faced role and will be heavily IT focussed. If you have a passion for IT and enjoy an admin focussed role, this may be the role for you.
The Records Management Team provides valuable insight and feedback to our client & the wider business to drive a continuous improvement ethos and directly influence the customer and colleague experience. The role is full-time, and the set shift patterns are:
Mon - Thurs 16:00 - midnight.
Fri - 16:00 - 23:30.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Have a positive approach and a can-do attitude. You'll need to be open to change and not be afraid to take on challenges.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all customers you engage with.
- Achieve challenging targets around quality, productivity & customer satisfaction.
- Use scan processes, look after application forms, purchases, load tapes onto files, customer identity checks and look after the machine you work on each day.
- Be clear & concise in written, verbal, and email communication, both internally and externally.
- Consistently meet performance indicators for accuracy and timeliness is required across all channels.
