Tasks:

• Coordinate recruitment and interviews to hire quickly and efficiently
• Communicate with candidates and schedule interview appointments
• Create job ads and post them on appropriate platforms
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews using MS Teams or in-person
• Actively search for potential candidates
• Improve employer branding through social media campaigns and recruiting events
• Manage the applicant tracking system

Our dream candidate

• Min 1 year experience in high volume recruitment
• Hospitality, retail or similar background
• Good knowledge of sourcing channels
• Upbeat personality not afraid to step-up
• Knowledgeable of different kinds of interview questions
• Fluent in English and high German is a must
