Due to the promotion of our Recruitment Administrator to an Internal Recruiter position in our team, we have an amazing opportunity for someone with our values to join us! Our Recruitment Administrator is responsible for providing an efficient end-to-end support service to hiring managers, candidates and the wider recruitment team, including managing and coordinating a central inbox and ensuring the timely return of all recruitment information, ensuring paperwork is completed and up to date from candidates.

Main Responsibilities
Providing an effective and accurate end-to-end support service to hiring managers, candidates and the wider recruitment team and Operations/Shared Services
Managing and coordinating the recruitment inbox, ensuring that all emails are assigned to the correct contacts
Managing queries received from recruiters, hiring managers and candidates
Maintaining excellent communication with all internal and external stakeholders
Carrying out administrative tasks during the different recruitment stages, updating applicant status’ on Tribepad (ATS) and communicating with candidates and line managers, using email and the ATS system
Ensure the accurate and timely production of all relevant correspondence relating to recruitment and selection
Ensure timely return of all recruitment information, ensuring paperwork is completed and up to date
To effectively and accurately issue all correspondence in relation to incoming and outgoing requests
Creating, updating and maintaining accurate personal records using Microsoft Teams using efficient filing systems for all staff
To receive all telephone calls and enquiries, ensuring that processes are followed and relevant information is passed on to the appropriate person
Issuing offer letters
Send weekly updates and reports
Liaise with third parties in relation to compliance checks
To support and cover the team specifically at times of leave/additional resource required, which will include: pre-screening candidates and booking interviews, completing compliance checks
Be willing to undertake further training or development seeking to enhance your knowledge and skills
The Ideal Candidate
Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
Previous administration experience working within a fast-paced environment preferable
Good communication skills
You will enjoy working as part of team as well as using your own initiative
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
Proficiency in MS office and in-house systems
