Our client based in Huntingdon is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

Key Activities & Accountabilities:

• All general administrative tasks.
• Booking of interview space
• Maintain company website and current vacancies.
• Advertising of new vacancies across job boards
• Conduct early-stage vetting of applications to ensure suitable candidates are passed to the relevant people.
• Effectively manage direct applications through the recruitment inbox and appropriately respond in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance is thoroughly completed for every candidate that is interviewed.
• Ad hoc tasks

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident administration skills
• Experience and good working knowledge of Excel
