Previous recruitment administration experience is an essential requirement for any candidate applying for this role. Additionally, it is essential that candidates have TRAC or similar ATS experience and are familiar with pre-employment checks requirements and processes. It is also desirable that candidates have HR experience working with ESR and NHS Jobs systems. The successful candidate will be highly organised with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
