We are on the lookout for a dedicated Recruitment Assistant to join our growing and developing Recruitment team at Richmond and Wandsworth Shared Staffing Agreement, a team that covers 2 London Authorities that provides services to thousands of London Residents. Recruitment Assistants provide an invaluable service, ensuring that all new starters are fully vetted and compliant whilst ensuring the experience is seamless, efficient and excellent customer service is delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Assistants in the Recruitment team are responsible for the thorough pre-employment checks for all new starters to Richmond and Wandsworth, ensuring compliance and accuracy. They do this by meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the onboarding processes whilst thriving in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and efficiency in completing tasks promptly. Mastering the art of prioritising workloads, ensuring the timely completion of tasks with precision, attention to detail and maintaining a high standard of accuracy in all aspects of our work.
About you
For this role you will need proven experience in an administration role, particularly in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks. The ability to work efficiently, meeting and exceeding deadlines with strong organisational skills and being able to prioritise tasks, communicating effectively and ensuring all candidates and hiring managers experience in dealing with the recruitment team are positive.
