A rapidly expanding finance firm is looking to hire a Team Assistant to join the firm and support the EAs across the London office. With around 100 people in the office this role will cover a variety of areas from covering Reception to support the Investment Management admin tasks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a fab Team Assistant role with lots of variety, and the chance to learn and develop your support career further! You will be a positive and proactive person who loves being challenge and a natural peoples person. Typical duties include:

• Supporting with the printing, binding and distributing of investment packs
• Manage and process the expense process
• Assisting with travel coordination – researching hotels, flights, putting together itineraries.
• Supporting the Office Manager with the running of the office.
• Covering reception over lunchtimes.
• Ad-hoc projects like supporting with events

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have some work experience within an office in ideally an admin or Team Assistant capacity. Enjoy working within a variety of tasks and thrive being proactive in a fast paced environment  

Essential requirements:

• Experience working in an office within an admin or Team Assistant capacity
• Experience in a corporate environment would be beneficial
• Naturally curious and enjoys taking on more.
• Able to prioritise
• High attention to detail
