Job Title:Recruitment & Business Development Consultant

Location: Birmingham, UK (partial remote - home based to include occasional client visits)

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 p.a. Depending on Experience + Uncapped Commission

OTE: £50,000 to £80,000 per annum

Our workers keep all they earn! For clients, we have a very large pre-vetted database of workers and provide rapid, reliable and efficient service. We are at their side removing their recruitment and employment headaches as we supply and employ all candidate ourselves. Clients, large and small, can effectively turn their workers ‘tap’ on and off as they please, providing them with great time-saving financial benefits and eliminating many risks. This ensures their projects are delivered on time because they can properly focus on what they do best, leave all the hassle and headaches of candidate sourcing, right to work checks, qualification vetting, referencing, managing timesheets, payroll and tax all to our back-office team. Our clients love our service.      

 

Role Overview:

A Home-based role where you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process from client acquisition, relationship building and ensuring successful placements. We have a well-established marketing process and head-office structure in supporting consultants in acquiring candidates and clients alike. Your job would be to fully utilise this support with personal pro-activity and initiative as essential ingredients too. Full shadow training from our expert National Sales Manager will be provided in helping create your base in a new area driving your business to success. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with prospective clients to assess their needs.

- Attract and pre-vet candidates for relevant roles.

- Develop and maintain strong ongoing relationships with both clients and candidates.

- Manage the offer process and negotiate terms with both parties.

- Build up your database of clients and candidates and continue Business Development

 

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a successful Sales or Recruitment Consultant, preferably with knowledge of the construction sector and in dealing with site managers, groundworkers, labourers, bricklayers, trades and labour, etc. would accelerate your progress.

- A track record of self-management, achieving targets and delivering results.

 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiatory and influencing abilities.

 - Goal driven personality, self-motivation with the ability to work independently.

Pay Rate: £30,000 to £40,000 per Year
