We are seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to join our client. As the subject matter expert, you will lead all recruitment activities within the division, covering a wide spectrum of roles. This role is ideal for someone with a background in manufacturing or engineering who is looking to apply their in-house recruitment expertise to a dynamic and growing company.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal vacancies across various functions including Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Technical, and Support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for managers and employees regarding recruitment-related queries, assisting with role profile creation and job ad postings.
- Oversee the temporary and consultant hiring process and manage relationships with key agency suppliers.
- Conduct a review of current recruitment and selection approaches, creating a clearly defined process that ensures robustness and an excellent candidate experience.
- Provide training and support to line managers on the hiring process and interview skills.
- Lead the hiring of Apprenticeships
- Support the Senior HR Business Partner and wider team in delivering key projects as part of the People Strategy.
- Proven experience in an In-House recruiter role, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to be an ambassador for the company and our values.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with experience in process improvements.
- Organised with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn recruitment functionality, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A professional approach with the ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
