Location: Hybrid, Cheltenham

The Role

We're looking for a Recruitment Business Partner on permanent basis to work on site in Cheltenham. Working in a delivery focused role handling vacancies and relationships across various business areas for our specific client, you will ensure the recruitment process runs seamlessly and be on hand to provide excellent recruitment expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Service relationship development and management across key customer stakeholders and suppliers


• Ensure all job vacancies are fully qualified with the hiring manager / decision maker


• Manage client, candidate & supplier expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle


• Manage recruitment fulfilment and delivery requirements in-line with company and client SLA


• Ensure data accuracy across all systems and candidate records


• Development of best practice and knowledge share across client.


• Managing the day-to-day operations of the account, including the requisition fulfilment process and talent expert liaising with hiring communities.

What we're looking for

You will need experience within recruitment and have great relationship management experience. You will be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, as well as able to pick up new systems quickly and effectively. You will also have a real passion for maintaining relationships and be an ambassador for Guidant Global.

You will be required to undergo Security Clearance for the role which will be discussed at application stage.
