You will be paid a basic minimum but the OTE inst capped the more business you bring in and manage the more you earn. Your own business without the finical responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant.
Duties:
-New Business
-Account Management
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilize HRIS systems, such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Workday, to manage candidate data and track recruitment activities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other lead generation techniques
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent relationship management abilities
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Workday
- Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
