Basic salary from £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience + commission

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our client in Manchester. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in developing relationships with companies in Manchester.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing timely solutions
• Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, from taking details of a vacancy to keeping in touch with clients after assignments are completed
• Attending face to face meetings with both new and existing customers
• Making outbound calls to generate business
• Email marketing and marketing campaigns to build market presence
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients on recruitment best practises

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment or sales is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A valid driving licence is required for this role

Working Pattern: Full Time
