About The Role
We're now looking to expand our Internal Recruitment team in Barton-Upon-Humber with the addition of a Recruitment Consultant. The successful candidate will assist in supporting our talent strategy and growth plans, working closely with internal teams to ensure we are attracting the best talent!
It is a fast paced role where you will be recruiting for a variety of positions in the business. You will be a strong support to the team and the Head of Department, ensuring our long term objectives are consistently met.
The role will be working from our state-of-the-art Head Office in Barton Upon Humber, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing full cycle recruitment for your dedicated vacancies as well as supporting your team members when needed
- Screen job applications, conduct phone interviews and arrange first stage interviews when required
- Ability to identify and secure passive candidates via various channels - Job Boards, LinkedIn, Networking, Careers Fairs and events etc
- Understanding market trends for your business areas, developing key insights to present to stakeholders to ensure we are attracting the right talent
- Demonstrate ability to manage a variety of stakeholders with complex requirements and different priority levels
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You
*Desired Skills and Knowledge:
*
- A proven track record of successfully delivering recruitment campaigns as well as directly sourcing candidates ideally across a large and complex organisation or within an agency environment
- Experience using an ATS (applicant tracking system) is beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communicator and networker with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and prospective candidates
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
- Enthusiastic and engaging manner

Salary: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
