We are currently seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant Coach to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding and mentoring our individuals who are looking to venture into the recruitment industry as franchisees.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive coaching and support to individuals interested in becoming recruitment franchisees
• Develop and deliver training programs focused on recruitment strategies, business development, and client management.
• Offer ongoing guidance and mentorship to ensure the success and growth of our recruitment network.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective coaching methods.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance coaching programs and resources.
• Support individuals for financial freedom.
