Location: Manchester, occasional travel to Leeds and other offices.
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
Salary: £23-£25k + uncapped monthly commission.

Some responsibilities include:
- Matching candidates to their ideal roles and supporting them throughout the interview and further onboarding process.
- Executing sales and marketing activities to support client relationship building.
- Meeting and exceeding targets for career progression.
- Learning and managing the full resource cycle.
- Candidate screening, interview, and support.
- Advertising jobs and, in turn, maintaining candidate database.
- Vital administration duties including telephony, and data handling.
