Position: Marketing Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £25,000 + Commission

Due to continued growth, we're seeking a savvy Recruitment Consultant to join the Marketing recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Consultant focused on Marketing roles, you will be involved in the following:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilise a variety of channels to identify and engage with top-tier marketing professionals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and objectives.
- Job Matching: Skilfully match candidates to suitable job opportunities, ensuring alignment of skills and aspirations.
- Negotiation: Facilitate offer negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market dynamics to provide expert advice.
- Networking: Attend industry events and build a strong professional network within the Marketing sector.
- Process Management: Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from initial brief to successful placement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a recruitment role, ideally with exposure to Marketing positions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
- Ambitious and motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Prior sales experience would be advantageous in this role but not essential
- Knowledge, background, or a genuine interest in Marketing or a related subject is a big plus.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
