Description
As a Recruitment Consultant at PageGroup with our Marketing Agency division, you will be the bridge between marketing agencies in need of exceptional talent and job seekers seeking their dream roles. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
- Negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Becoming an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends.
- Attracting top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies.
- Guiding clients and candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborating within a high-performing team, motivating each other to achieve outstanding results.
Profile
We are open to either experienced recruiters or candidates from a sales background, looking to make the transition. We'd also love to chat to candidates working within the Marketing Agency industry who are keen to explore an alternative career.

Job Offer
- Salary depending on experience (company car or car allowance in addition to salary at certain levels).
- Uncapped commission and bonus
- 25 days holiday moving to 28 after 3 days, with the option to buy or sell 5.
- Hybrid working - 3 days in the office 2 days from home
- Package - healthcare, phone, laptop, pension etc.
