About the Role
The Consultant will be responsible for resourcing and placing medical doctors into the NHS, private and charity sector to support a growth business plan.
The successful candidate will be responsible for both business development and account management within existing and new clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and manage robust pipelineIdentify and propose monthly targets and KPI's to manager and once agreed, meet theseAccount manages all clients to ensure fruitful business relationshipsMaintain and build excellent relationships with clients and candidates to enhance the reputation of MSILiaise with in–house Compliance Team to ensure candidates placed meet compliance standards of the relevant frameworkEssential requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience working in a 360 role in Perm Medical Recruitment sector (Doctors, Nurses, AHP)Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levelsSelf–assurant, driven and confident to purposely drive toward resultsThe desire to work in a fast–paced, target driven environmentProven success at hitting regular targetsAble to make quick decisions in response to changing conditions
