Job Description
Reporting to one of the Senior Managers this will be a key position with the real potential for growth within the business.
With a significant amount of existing business available you will be delivering against warm accounts and will also be expected to expand your own desk into our key markets.
Day to day the successful candidate will be expected to be:
- Taking on responsibility for existing and new business
- Resourcing and recruiting new candidates for active contracts
- Developing additional business and building your own desk
- Sourcing and selecting candidates
- Networking and advertising to potential candidates
- Identifying skills to match appropriately with vacancies
- Negotiating candidate contracts and new starter packs
- Developing additional business and building your own desk
- Interviewing candidates via telephone and remote interview
- Inputting to company CRM
- Assisting Sisko Directors with development of the business’s operations
Key Skills & Experience Required
- At least 12 months 360 recruitment experience
- Some proven billings
- Outgoing personality with ability to converse at multiple levels
- Ambition to grow skills and progress within the company
- Driven and resourceful individual able to think on your feet.
Package
Basic Salary up to £30k + Commission
Realistic OTE Year 1 of £40,000 - £45,000 +
Year 2 Realistic OTE £51,500k +
