Due to unprecedented growth, we are seeking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to join the team at our state of the art Rotherham office. This is a sales focussed recruitment role and is purely geared towards building business in the education recruitment sector.
Job Description
- Organise visits with established clients to build and solidify relationships
- Make prospective calls to non-using clients and arrange meetings
- Ensure clients are aware of the latest candidate availability
- Utilise platforms such as our bespoke CRM System, website, Facebook, LinkedIn, and job boards to source candidates and to post our latest vacancies
- Source and Interview candidate
- Deliver excellent customer service
Qualities & skills required
We are looking for driven sales professionals who can build strong relationships with clients and candidates and have the ability to speak to individuals on a professional level, other qualities that are desirable include:
- Experience of working within a sales, recruitment or education based environment essential
- Target driven

- Team player with the ability to work on your own initiative

- Driver with your own transport desirable but not essential
