This is a rare and unique opportunity for a Senior Recruiter or Exec Search Consultant to join our firm and create a Finance Recruitment business. You'll need a track record and a strong presence within the Finance space. These opportunities are scarce and won’t become available again at TPO once we reach a certain point of growth. We are seeking a Senior Finance Recruiter to join us and establish a new business line for our firm. Perhaps you’ve reached a point in your career where you consistently demonstrate strong billings, a solid client network, market presence, and industry knowledge, and have considered striking out on your own but are wary of the associated risks.

We’ll mitigate that risk for you.

We seek a complete operator—a results-driven, dynamic recruitment professional ready to take the next and final step in their career to help grow our business. You must have a proven track record and market-leading knowledge within your chosen space. Resilience, perseverance, and ambition are essential qualities needed to help us take this next step. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple priorities, delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Candidates must possess strong business acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities, coupled with expertise in talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruitment best practices.

Who You Are?

• 3-6 Years Exec Search/Headhunting/Recruitment Experience
• Demonstrable track record preferably over a minimum of three full years of billings
• Existing client base/book of business or the ability to establish connections quickly
• Based in Leeds
• Worked in Exec Search or at a good level of recruitment
• Ambitious, Autonomous, Hungry, Motivated, Likable, Presentable, Trustworthy, Resilient, Personable, Fearless, Determined, Excellent Communication and Written Skills
• Ideally, degree-educated or someone who is commercially minded.
