Recruitment Consultant

Academic Appointments are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our office in Sheffield.
Your main role will be to support our experienced Senior Consultants to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience. Your responsibilities will be varied throughout the day, but will include, taking and dealing with incoming customer enquiries, marketing our candidates to school via phone, email & social media, creating web jobs, shortlisting candidates for roles, filling bookings, and helping with the sourcing and compliance of candidates.
 

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 (Basic), negotiable and dependant on experience plus bonus.
 

Work Hours: Term time: 7:00am – 4pm / 8:30am -5:30pm shifts - Out of term: 9am – 3pm
 

A rewarding bonus scheme up to 10% of billings.
 

25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) which grow each year you work with us, plus your birthday off work.

Once you’ve had a thorough induction and grounding in what we do, Our Senior consultants will personalize your Recruitment Consultant programme to develop your skills and experience further, working to building your very own desk.

What we are looking for
Recruitment, Sales or Account Management experience, although we are open on the sector and level you have worked at.

• If you are a self-starter, able to work on own initiative.
• You have flair, creativity, lots of ambition, enjoy networking and building customer relationships.
• Possess a drive for excellence in customer service and can plan and prioritise your own workload.
• You hold a full UK driving licence.
