Recruitment Consultant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Duties:
- Utilize social media platforms and job boards to source and attract qualified candidates
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiations
- Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo, Workday, or similar platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to hiring managers and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo, Workday, or similar platforms
- Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and attract top talent through various sourcing methods
- Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Salesforce or PeopleSoft is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

Pay: From £38,000.00 per year
