A Housing Association is currently looking for a Recruitment Co-ordinator on a temporary basis for about 4 months.
Key responsibilities are as follows
Involved on a day-to-day basis with ensuring the applicant tracking (recruitment) system is up to date, with particularly focus on the customer facing roles, ensuring the overall candidate experience runs smoothly and in accordance with our service level agreements, compliance, and legislation. Work closely with our managed service provider, external providers, the HR team, and all business areas to ensure that candidates are being managed and receiving the same high-quality experience.
Lead on the administration support for the end-to-end recruitment campaign process from posting the advert, managing the role through each stage of the selection process, up to and including making the offer and closing the role. This will include engaging directly with candidates and hiring manager, during selection and onboarding.
Responsible for having oversight and coordinating customer facing roles requirements including vacancies, temporary and permanent recruitment.
You will organise and administer selection, assessments, and interview processes as necessary. Including rota and diary coordination, events, booking rooms and refreshments, collecting visitors and general admin duties including payments.
Provide coordination and administration to our continuous development and improvement initiatives. Support and attend promotional and networking recruitment events as needed.
You will coordinate and produce reports and data for both organisational and campaign activity.
The role pays £19.79 PAYE and £26.01 Umbrella
Essential requirements
Must have worked in a similar role recently preferably in Housing
Ability to organise, plan multi-tasking and follow processes is a must
Proven experience of using an Applicant Tracking System or another administrative system including reporting elements
Experience or ability to manage conflicting priorities in a busy environment including diaries management, scheduling, making offers and onboarding
