An established Investment Management company in Central London is looking for a hungry and ambitious Coordinator who can support the Talent Acquisition Lead on an ongoing basis. This an exciting role in a team with long term tenure. Supporting this team will require an individual who is confident, proactive, conscientious and hardworking with high attention to details and a professional telephone manor. Duties will include scheduling interviews, screening professionals, many out bound calls to ensure they hire the best fit candidates.
*This role would be perfect for someone who is starting off in their career looking to get within financial services.
Skills/Experienced Required;
- 1 years experience plus, ideally within financial services but not as a necessity.
- Must have experience with scheduling and managing a heavy work load
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- High degree of business acumen.
- Stress resistant whilst under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task and meet a number of deadlines.
- Professionalism and awareness of corporate surroundings.
