An organisation based in Hemel Hempstead are currently recruiting for a Recruitment/HR professional to join their team on a temporary basis. Within this position you will play a vital role in the recruitment process, handling various tasks from posting job adverts to conducting candidate screenings and supporting administrative duties. This role requires a pro-active individual with excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties of the role

· Post job adverts on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
· Screen incoming applications and conduct initial assessments.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
· Assist with administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.
· Conduct right to work compliance checks in accordance with company policies and procedures.
· Provide support to the recruitment team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

· Immediately available
· Applicants with prior experience in a comparable recruitment role or a human resources background, with a focus on administrative tasks are encouraged to apply.
· Full UK Driver's License
· Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering high quality customer service.
