Working Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Partner to join us. With a competitive starting salary range of GBP24,000.00 - GBP32,000.00, including uncapped commission, this permanent role offers autonomy, career progression, and the potential to earn equity in our well-respected business.
- No two days are the same in this exciting role. You'll cover a diverse range of sectors, providing a full 360-degree consultative service to clients and candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening and cultivate strong, positive relationships.
- Sales, cold calling, client engagement and identifying new potential partnerships.
- Developing and maintaining partnerships with both clients and candidates.
- Proven track record in business development and sales.
- Building relationships with senior business leaders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written as well IT literacy.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet changing requirements with a positive approach.
- Strong networking skills, both face-to-face and through digital platforms including LinkedIn.
- Prior recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential we will provide training for the right candidate with a passion for business and recruitment.
- A positive and proactive can-do attitude.
- Drive for success, resilience, and a solution-driven mindset.
- Experience using LinkedIn to expand client portfolios is highly desirable.
- Starting salary: GBP24,000.00-GBP32,000.00 including OTE uncapped commission, based on a flexible 30 - 40 hours per week.

- Working from home, with weekly coworking in Ludlow with Director.

NB You must have the Right to Work in the UK and have your own transport due to the rural nature of the area.
