We're on the lookout for Recruitment Business Development Consultant's to join our business.
- Base salary up to £31k
- Uncapped Commission plus lots of benefits
- 0800-1700/0830-1730 Monday to Friday
- Office based in Northampton or Wellingborough
- Working within either the Commercial, Industrial and Technical & Engineering sectors creating and building new business opportunities
- Temp and perm recruitment
- Driving Licence & car owner essential
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be the ultimate matchmaker, bringing together premium Northamptonshire based companies and top-notch candidates. You'll be flexing your networking muscles, building relationships either on the telephone or face to face, and helping businesses thrive by finding their next superstar employee.
Recruitment is a roller coaster, and we want you in the driver's seat! You'll be supporting our reputation and mission to redefine and deliver an unrivalled recruitment service.

So, what will you be doing in the role? Here's the lowdown:
You'll be teaming up with our clients (old and new) to understand their recruitment needs inside and out. We're talking about tailored solutions that make 'em say, "Wow, these people really understand our business and the people that fit here."
Think of yourself as a talent scout. You'll be using all the tricks up your sleeve to find amazing candidates. Social media, job boards, networking events.
Interviews? Skills assessment? Evaluating candidates like a pro. You'll be uncovering hidden talents and matching them with the perfect job like a magician pulling rabbits out of a hat.
Building relationships with old clients and opening doors with new clients is integral to what we do. We've worked with some of our clients for over 20 years. You'll be nurturing connections with clients and candidates because we're all about long-term partnerships here. Our clients rely on us to deliver a service.
Oh, and did I mention staying on top of the game? You'll be keeping your finger on the pulse of the industry, sharing your insights with the team, and helping us refine our recruitment strategies.
Now, let's talk about who we're looking for. We need someone with:
- Ideally recruitment experience. But if you're fresh into the working world and have the passion and hunger to learn or have excelled in a business development or customer service role previously, we're all ears
- Communication skills of Martin Luther King, Jnr. Authentic charm rather than fake sale smarm
- Organisational wizardry. Multitasking? You can wear different hats and work multiple projects at the same time
- A talent for building relationships. You're a networking guru who can connect with anyone and everyone. We're talking a social butterfly, not a wallflower!
- The resilience of bed bugs! Recruitment can be a rollercoaster, but you thrive on challenges
