We are now looking to recruit a Recruitment Support Officer to join our team. ??

In this pivotal role you will support our recruitment teams and provide excellent customer service to our clients and candidates. As the Recruitment Support Officer, you will undertake a broad range of admin tasks including; being the first informative and engaging point of contact for enquiries via email and on the phone, both for candidates and clients, co-ordinating internal and external interviews andsupporting across the range of administration and compliance to support our great placements.You’llwork with amazing organisations across the not-for-profit sector and you will be right at the heart of what we do, supporting people across a range of career paths, from entry level to director level roles.

It’s a busy role which brings together competing priorities and you will have real opportunity to learn about both recruitment and the not-for-profit sector.

The successful candidate will have?a track record in providing excellent and responsive customer service and administrative expertise and be comfortable managing their time. The role engages with everyone at Prospectus and our candidate and client community, as such excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential. Although not essential, a background in compliance administration and/or recruitment would be advantageous.
