Job Title: Regional Commercial Manager
Location: Bristol, UK

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the commercial team in the region, ensuring effective delivery of commercial support to projects and customers
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Manage the commercial aspects of contracts, including pricing, negotiation, and contract administration
- Conduct regular reviews of project budgets, costs, and profit margins to ensure financial targets are met
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Provide commercial support and guidance to project teams to facilitate successful project delivery
- Monitor and report on commercial performance metrics to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial management role within the engineering or construction industry
- Strong understanding of commercial and contractual principles
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing commercial aspects of large-scale projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
